FIRE PREVENTION

mobile workshops
We have mobile workshops with the latest technology in machinery and a wide range of original materials and spare parts that guarantee the safety and reliability for the operation of your fire extinguishers.

Each workshop has a hazardous materials permit (CONAVI), specialized technicians and certificates for their service.
maintenance
We perform annual internal and external maintenance according to NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.

Maintenance procedures include the manufacturer's service manuals and a thorough examination of the basic elements of the fire extinguisher.

Fire extinguishers should be subject to maintenance at intervals not to exceed one year, at the time of hydrostatic testing or when specifically indicated by a discrepancy in electronic inspection or notification. (NFPA 10, 2018)
recharge
We recharge according to the NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.

Recharging procedures include manufacturer's service manuals.

Fire extinguishers that must be recharged after use or when indicated by their inspection, maintenance or hydrostatic testing (NFPA 10, 2018).

inspection
We perform the inspection according to NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.

Inspection of fire extinguishers must be periodic or electronic monitoring must include verification of at least:

- Location in the designated place.
- Visibility of the extinguisher.
- Access to the fire extinguisher.
- Manometer reading.
- Load determined by weight or weight.
- Among others.
hydrostatic tests
The Hydrostatic Test is performed in accordance with NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers.

Indicates that pressure vessels used as fire extinguishers and specified components of fire extinguishers must be hydrostatically tested in accordance with the provisions.

You should always include an internal and external visual examination of the cylinder where you can determine whether or not it is suitable to perform it.
conductivity test hose
According to the Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers in its 2018 version.

Section 7.4. Every year a conductivity test must be carried out on all carbon dioxide hose assemblies.
